NIKON AF-S NIKKOR 17-55mm f/2.8 G ED DX 鏡片嚴重發霉、對焦環變焦環動作不順

The lens come with three major problems:
1, The focus ring works unsmoothly under MF mode.
2, The lens has a very tight zoom ring.
3, Serious fungus show on the most of the lens elements.

The owner told me that the 1 & 2 were caused by accidentally dropping it on the floor. I have made the two parts back to it great working condition.
The 3, the fungus, is really the difficult point in this case, because the lens need to be separated fully to take out all the lens elements for cleaning. Anyway, the result is positive and all the fungus had been removed, even still left some coating damages.

In the end, all the problems its owner claimed have been resolved. ^_^



送來修的這支鏡頭有三個主要的問題： 1,對焦環在手動對焦時會卡卡不順、 2,變焦環手感非常緊、 3,有多片鏡片嚴重發霉。

它主人說，對焦環和變焦環的問題，主要是因為鏡頭摔過所造成。
自動對焦模式時，對焦環沒問題，不過在手動對焦時，會有卡卡的現象。鏡頭拆開後發現，對焦環上邊緣有一個被敲到的小凹痕，應該是這小凹痕的影響，直接把內徑打磨回原來的圓弧狀，手動對焦卡卡的問題就解決了。
另外，變焦環應該是有較大範圍的變形，不過無法判定是何處有變形，於是我直接把變焦環內徑和鏡身外緣都磨薄，反覆試了幾次，直到轉動起來手感順暢為止。最後雖然變焦環有稍微鬆鬆的，不過已經不會很難轉動，而是有頗順暢的手感！
至於鏡片發霉，就算是比較大的工程了～ 每個鏡組群都有鏡片發霉，所以鏡頭的所有鏡片都必須取出來清理，也因為如此，整支鏡頭是徹底地被肢解，可真是花了不小的功夫和時間。

最後，所有症頭都解決，雖然過程出了些問題，不過都被排除。 鏡頭回春了～ 恭喜它，也恭喜它的主人！
