LEICA SUMMILUX-M 35mm f/1.4 ASPH. 脫膠/離膠 膠合面變質拋光 Separation treatment and deteriorated surface polishing treatment

這支送來處理的 LEICA SUMMILUX-M 35mm f/1.4 ASPH. 問題有點複雜，一開始單純的認為就是後膠合鏡組出現脫膠/離膠的問題，因為之前也處理過一支有相同問題的同款鏡頭。不過在分離鏡組清除殘膠之後，發現其中一片雙凹面鏡片的膠合面有無法清除掉的霧，進一步檢視後，確認是很淺層的玻璃出現變質的問題。 這部分的變質必須要先進行拋光處理之後，才能將兩片鏡面重新黏合。
膠合面變質的拋光處理是必須要絕對精準，不然兩片鏡片就沒有辦法完美膠合。
經過細心處理，這支鏡頭的脫膠/離膠以及膠合面變質的問題都獲得完善的解決



This LEICA SUMMILUX-M 35mm f/1.4 ASPH. has a complicated problem.
In the beginning, I simply thought the lens has a separation issue to its rear cemented lens group, because I had a case, the same type of lens, with similar problem before. After I taking apart the cemented lens group into two individual glasses, I found that the cementing surface of the double concave lens got a deterioration to its superficial surface.
Before proceed to the next step, re-cementing treatment, it is necessary to make a precise polishing treatment to remove the deteriorated layer and insure the perfect result of re-cementing.
The final shows the separation and the deterioration issue has been perfectly resolved.
